Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery time usually takes 4–9 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.
We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and Xpressbees to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply, displayed during checkout.
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS once it has been dispatched.

While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or local disruptions.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing c3.sport.in@gmail.com with photos and order details.
We currently ship to most pin codes across India.
If delivery is not available in your area, our team will inform you and issue a full refund (if payment was made).
