We always aim to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

2. Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives broken or physically damaged.

3. Defective Product

If the product is not working or has a manufacturing defect.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for damage caused after delivery (accidental damage, misuse, physical breakage, etc.).


Return Window

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof showing:

  • Package before opening

  • Full uncut unboxing

  • Damage/issue clearly visible

Without valid video proof, we will not be able to process the request.

For approved cases, we provide:

We do not offer monetary refunds, except where required by law.

  • Products damaged by customer

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Customer changing mind after delivery
