We accept returns only in the following cases:
If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
If the product arrives broken or physically damaged.
If the product is not working or has a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns for damage caused after delivery (accidental damage, misuse, physical breakage, etc.).
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof showing:

Full uncut unboxing
Damage/issue clearly visible
Without valid video proof, we will not be able to process the request.
