All prepaid payments are processed through secure and trusted Indian payment gateways.

2. Partial Payment Option (Prepaid + COD)

We offer partial payment on selected products.

How it works:

• You pay a small advance amount online during checkout.

• The remaining balance (COD amount) must be paid at the time of delivery.

• Orders with partial payment are processed on priority.

This option helps reduce fake COD orders and ensures faster shipping.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pin codes.
Customers choosing COD must pay the full due amount when the courier delivers the package.

Failure to accept COD parcels may result in:

• Blocking COD option for future orders

• Order cancellation

• Additional fees for re-shipment

This is done to prevent misuse of COD services.

4. Payment Security

All online transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
We do not store your payment details on our servers.

5. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.

• There are no hidden charges.

• Shipping is free, and the cost is included in the product price.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails:

• You will not be charged

• You may retry with another method

• For pending transactions, it may take 24–48 hours for your bank to update the status

7. Refunds for Payments

Refunds are issued only in approved cases as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds (store credit) are processed within 3–5 business days.
